Shipping

Paintings will be packed and shipped to you asap. Please allow 5 working days for UK deliveries, and 10 - 15 days for the rest of the world deliveries.

Shipping cost will be calculated based on weight and added at the checkout.

Any customs fees that might apply to some countries is a responsibility of a buyer.

All paintings will be sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or UPS.

If you are a local buyer and would like to collect your painting in person - please email Diana to arrange collection date and time.

Returns

If you are not happy with the painting and would like to return it, you can do so by telling us no later then 14 days after receiving it.

Artworks must be returned in undamaged condition in their original packaging, within 21 days of receiving it.

 Customer is responsible for return delivery costs or insurance whilst in transit.

 After we have received the artwork (in it’s original condition), we will credit your account with the full purchase price as soon as possible and no later than 30 days.

You may not cancel or return commissioned paintings, unless they have been damaged during delivery.
